Accordingly suppliers must follow guidelines and meet a set of requirements before you can be accepted to partner with Wasco Berhad. You must fill in and return the WSEF-Vendor Qualification Form with supporting documents before your company can be successfully approved as a supplier to Wasco Berhad.

Firstly, it is paramount that all our suppliers operate in full accordance with local, state, and international laws, ensuring that their practices meet the highest standards concerning safety, the environment, and general operations. Before you qualify to become a vendor for Wasco you must provide the following information:

• Has Supplier or its Affiliates been cited or investigated by a government agency for non-compliance with any governmental rule or regulation of a material nature in the past 5 years? If yes, please provide detailed information.
• Is Supplier or its Affiliates currently involved or has in the last 5 years been involved in any litigation, arbitration or mediation? If the answer is yes, please provide detailed information.
• Has there been any claims asserted against Supplier or its Affiliates for the past 5 years? If yes, please provide detailed information.

Safety isn't merely a word; it is a priority. Every piece of equipment and material provided should be aligned with international best practices in safety standards. We expect our suppliers to embrace environmentally friendly measures, minimising their ecological footprint for sustainability. To become a supplier you must fulfil the following:

• Is your company ISO 9001:2008, 14001,etc. certified, for the products scope of this Qualification?
• If yes, please enclose a copy of the certificate issued by an accredited certification body and a copy of Quality Manual, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manual (for ISO 14001).
• If no, but has an equivalent certification by a third party or second party body for the products scope of this Qualification, please enclose a copy of the said certificate and a copy of Quality Manual, and implement an approved system for HSE.
• If none of the above but has in place a Quality & HSE System for the products scope of this Qualification, please enclose a copy of the Quality Manual, and implement an approved system for HSE.

Accurate and prompt documentation, covering everything from certifications to test results, facilitates smooth operations.

To become a vendor for Wasco Berhad you must submit an audited annual report of the last 3 years.

In today’s interconnected global market, awareness is crucial. The use of conflict minerals remains a concern, and we firmly stand against it. Finally, the unpredictable nature of global business requires all our suppliers to be adequately insured, safeguarding against potential risks.

Your partnership is crucial to our success. If your company is part of a group or holding company we will ask you to state or provide group structure and business charts to become a vendor. We will also ask you to provide a product list and track record of projects. Adherence to these supplier guidelines ensures a productive and sustainable business relationship for both of us.
