Wasco has E&P Services operations in the US and China under Ashburn International, Inc. (Ashburn) that provides project consultation, material procurement and general trading between Western and Pacific Rim countries, particularly for petroleum and petrochemical clients. This company is a subsidiary of Wah Seong China Ltd.

Ashburn International has four operating offices around the world, one in Houston, Texas and three in China, namely in Tian Jin, Shanghai and Shen Zhen. Ashburn has a wide range of product and service offerings which include the following:

International Industrial Trading

The supply of industrial products to customers in Asia including onshore and offshore oil field equipment; petrochemical plant machinery and equipment; marine products for shipyards; specialised plant construction material; as well as spare parts for existing machinery and equipment, among other things. Since 2011, Ashburn has been working with MG&G Pump Company to develop a chemical injection pump system that can be utilised at unmanned platforms and oil fields. The operators can use the Internet or a network to control the pumps remotely.


International Business Consulting

Ashburn acts as an agency representing Western organisations to secure contracts for projects, most of which take place in China.
